I live in Big Sky, Montana, a ski town, and love spending time outside—snowboarding and splitboarding, long mountain bike rides and day hikes, thru-hiking, truck camping in the woods.
I have a thing for books, coffee, trees, and birds.
I’m an aspiring writer and currently working on my first book. I also own a small business.
I’ve been to six continents and over 30 countries. I once traveled around the world for nine months, and was previously an English teacher in Thailand when I spent a year in Asia.
I have an undergraduate degree in anthropology.
More recently I thru-hiked Te Araroa in New Zealand, walking from the very top of the north island to the very bottom of the south island, and spent the last two summers living out of a backpack or my truck.
